| Debbie
has trained for over 20 years in the Martial Arts field. She has
attained a Black Belt in Shorin Ryu style Karate, a Green Belt in
Judo and a Green Belt in Tae Kwondo. She teaches Girls Kick Boxing
as well as a Woman’s Self Defense class. These classes have been
taught at Soldiers Memorial Hospital for girls with Eating Disorders
to improve confidence .This Martial Arts background has preceded
a 3 year stint as a Security Officer at the Kee to Bala – one of
few woman to attain such a role.
Skydiving has been
another passion She has participated in 3 Woman’s Skydiving Records
and was one of 3 chosen to be sponsored by Labatt Blue to do demonstration
jumps into various events across the country.– You may have seen
her jump into the Orillia Winter Carnival for the last several
years. She has attained a Coach and Instructor Status, and just
recently achieved a Tandem Master rating –- one of 3 woman in
Canada to accomplish this. Presently she teaches on weekends at
Skydive Toronto and has just over 1500 jumps. Debbie has been
a part in a 2007 Woman’s Canadian Skydiving record in Burnaby
Ontario, as well as a Canadian 2007 Multiple Aircraft Formation
over Skydive Toronto.
As a Certified
Coach she is able to enlighten women of all ages to the benefits
of Health and Fitness. She welcomes you to come to the Pretty
Woman Fitness, meet her and try a session. She would be happy
to give tips and suggestions to improve your Physical health and
feeling of Well being.
The Pretty Woman
Fitness is now a family business. Her mother Dorothy is a Teacher
and Nutritional Advisor. Both Debbie and Dorothy have acquired
their Certificate as Nutrition & Wellness Specialists. Debbie
also does in home Personal Training & Wellness Consults. There
is now a line of Natural Health Foods and Beauty Enhancement products
available which Dorothy would be able to explain to you. She is
offering Reflexology, and M.J. Crawford is offering Reiki as well
as the opportunity to learn how to implement this Healing Art
