Beliefs about oneself and our relationship to the world form the basis of our attitudes, thoughts, feelings, choices - ultimately our reality. Beliefs formed early in life are based on the limited understanding of the world at the time.

The CBE process enables one to find resolution and cooperation, between the responsible outdated subconscious part, the core self and the conscious mind. CBE helps people to understand what issues and beliefs hold a behaviour in place, identify goals, to uncover and change the limiting beliefs that are stopping them from progression.

Every CBE process is unique and ranges from 4 to 7 hours. After establishing a goal for the session, the part of the self responsible for the symptom is identified. A guided communication develops between the conscious mind and part of the subconscious mind. This single part reveals its core beliefs, to provide a path to the core self, where resolution is possible.

Altering the emotional and intellectual blueprint, creates positive change that is real and lasting. The result is empowering: increased trust in self, freedom from fears, feeling of choice, and the ability to manifest what you want in your life.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is natural, a scientific and medically proven therapy that harnesses the power of the subconscious mind. It helps to remove and resolve deep-rooted habits and patterns.

It must be understood that hypnosis is a powerful tool, that will help you BUT ultimately it is you who has to make the conscious choice to change and not smoke for life. Your success in stopping smoking ultimately depends upon your desire and actions. Hypnotherapy is a powerful vehicle, but you are driving the car, deciding the direction.

The Stop Smoking Program

This program uses hypnosis to help you stop smoking in 3 sessions. Each session has a specific focus and objective in your process. Throughout all sessions we work on stress reduction and the development of positive perception and projections.

1st Session

In the first session you will learn of the hypnotherapy process so that you become comfortable and confident with it. We lay the foundation for success through a personal interview, transitional support, improving motivation and self confidence. You will be lead into a relaxed state of hypnosis, in which you will be completely aware of the entire process. Most people significantly reduce the amount they are smoking.

2nd Session

This second session will further strengthen your motivation and bring you into a state of complete confidence. This session will also remove the power of cravings and eliminate withdrawal sensations, so that you will naturally feel a true readiness to stop.

3rd Session

This is your session of reinforcement. You will have had a week to experience life as a non smoker and will have had the opportunity to notice some of the benefits of not smoking such as; more energy, less stress, better breathing. During hypnosis, we will highlight all of the positive benefits in your subconscious to thoroughly convince and cement your commitment to change, as a non-smoker for life.
